In internet marketing business, you have to be clear of what type of business you want to involved in, either wholesales or retails?

Basically, wholesales business involve business-to-business (B2B) transaction. This means that you are selling big bulk of your products to your affiliates, and let your affiliates distribute it to the end-user.

In the other hand, you may also involve in retail business, where you directly deal with the end-user who is going to use your product.

So you might be asking me: What business is better?

I answer is: There is no good or bad in a business. It is totally depends on the factors I listed below:

1.) Are you interested in handling these type of business?

Some entrepreneur don’t like to deal with end-user customer, what they prefer is to ask for a better offer from the suppliers and sell to their agents who selling to end-users. However, some entrepreneur will rather deal with the end-users, and know what’s customers needs and find ways to fulfill them.

2.) What is the resources  you have?

People involved in wholesale might need to take into consider into credit term you need to give to your affiliates if you are selling physical product. Besides, the mark-up price that you negotiate with suppliers may have affect your profits and hence your incomes. In the other hand, for retail business, you need to deal with customers issues like products return.

What I mentioned about is basically apply for conventional wholesales and retails business. Now let’s discuss about the wholesales and retails business in internet marketing.

Basically, in internet marketing, there are wholesaler and retailer too. Wholesalers are the one created products and distribute it to the affiliates. And the retailers are the people who get the rights to sell the products created by wholesaler. Now you start to see the art of internet marketing. The wholesales create product and sell the rights for the retailers to sell, and the retailers sell the products to the people who need it.

In a nutshell, wholesales are peoples who creates Private Label Rights, Master Resellers Rights, and Resellers Rights Products while retailers are the one selling them directly to the one who need it.

As you can see, there is always demands in supplies in our market. We always study the markets and identify what the markets want before we create the products to fulfill the demands of the markets. This is a real important factor in marketing your product.
