(1) Always focus on your strengths and talk about it often. In life, people only respect the strong. So if you play up your strengths, people will take notice. What are you good at? Graphic design? Writing? Building networks? Let everyone know about it. This is you. If you do not believe in yourself, you can’t expect other people to believe it you and that’s the way the world works.
(2) Give, give, and give! People who operate from a position of abundance will always have a lot to give. Hence, they are able to receive a lot as well! When people perceive you as a giver, you will gain a lot of followers and people will listen to you. Take a blog for example… when you talk to people about making money online, giving away a lot of free tips will do well to brand yourself as an expert and people will want to come back for more and more!
(3) Promote! People who are hesitant about promoting themselves or affiliate programs are usually squeamish about appearing too pushy. If you are afraid to promote products aggressively, you will not succeed as an Internet marketer because Internet marketing is all about marketing!
Last but not least, you have to be very consistent and persistent in building your business. Rome wasn’t built in a day and if you really want to succeed, you got to pick up one brick at a time.
